Released by IO Interactive in 2021, Hitman 3 is indeed one of the best stealth games. I first played when it just released, and to this day I still often come back to replay missions that are not perfect yet. The replay value is really high, there is always a new way to complete each mission.
What makes Hitman different from other action games is the ability to approach missions from various angles. You can go full stealth, go straight to combat, or mix both. The maps are also really cool, from the Dubai skyscraper, underground Berlin nightclub, to the dim alley in Chongqing. If you like Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater which is also stealth action, this is equally fun but with a different vibe.
This Deluxe Edition already includes all DLC, 24 DLC including missions from Hitman World of Assassination. The latest version v3.270 also has many bug patches. But keep in mind, this game requires quite large storage, 60 GB minimum. If you want a lighter stealth game, also check out Hitman Absolution which is more classic.
