Developed by Beck and Branch Games, it launched on 7 August 2026. The concept feels fresh: co-op horror. But you have to keep an eye on your stamina every run. Kind of survival-like, right?
At its core, it’s an extraction game. Each run, you loot and fight monsters, then upgrade your Outpost (base) when you get back. The map is generated too, so each run feels different.
If you like survival games with base building, you might know Hades II, right? The gameplay is pretty similar. But I don’t think this game is for everyone. The horror is intense; every loot run keeps you on edge. Jump scares keep coming.

Steps to Install on Your PC :
- Download GROT115.rar (4.6 GB) using the links below.
- Extract it with WinRAR or 7-Zip.
(Password: www.yasir252.com) - Open the GRAIN ROT folder.
- Run Start The Game.bat or Helden.exe.
- For online co-op, invite friends through Steam. All players must use the same file version.
- That’s it, jump right in!
Fixing Game Errors, Crashes, and Freezes :
- Game crashes on startup? Check your antivirus and whitelist the game folder in Windows Defender.
- Crashes? Update the DirectX Runtime and install the latest Visual C++ Redis.
- Game won’t open? Run it as Administrator and update Windows to the latest version.
- Online co-op won’t connect? Make sure all players use the same file version.
- Always extract the game to the root of a drive, such as C:\Games\ or D:\Games.
