The new Dinghy (Inflatable Boat) is also my favorite feature for solo stealth runs. You can deflate the boat, bury it underground, cross the sea, reach the coast, then clean your tracks.
The new Tactical AI is also brutal in a good way. Armed NPCs now react smarter with better movement patterns. When you reload, they try to find an angle to flank you from the side instead of just standing still. Kinda similar to the AI NPC in the Cronos: The New Dawn game.

How to Install SCUM Full Version PC Game on Windows
