I actually downloaded it out of boredom while sitting in front of my MacBook. Wait, it actually works? The FPS is surprisingly decent and stable. I was having a blast on my MacBook Pro M4 until about 30 minutes in. Gosh, I got a bit scared when I saw the temps because I forced the graphics to the absolute max.

It is totally playable though. Getting 40–50 FPS at 2K resolution is a huge win for a heavy game like this. Sure, you can use frame interpolation to boost those numbers, but playing without frame gen is still fine for me. Story and mechanics wise, it’s identical to the Crimson Desert for Windows version.

But the Mac version is pre-installed. No annoying Hypervisor Bypass like on Windows. Just get it already.
