I bought this game when it first came out, and honestly, it’s really good. The combat feels satisfying, the combo system is smooth, and the boss fights are challenging but still fair, in my opinion. Compared with Dark Souls Remastered, the visuals also stand out.
Unreal Engine 5 gives them a cinematic look and a distinctive style.
But honestly, the difficulty is genuinely high if you’re a casual player. If you don’t like having to think things through, you may want to skip it, or you’ll just get frustrated.
