Basically, after I tried it… This is actually a Platformer game. We can climb, jump, and interact with the environment naturally. There is a companion robot drone named B-12 that helps solve puzzles. Cat + cyberpunk = a very unique combination for a game.
For me, Stray is a masterpiece. Working perfectly on my M2 MacBook Air 16GB, at 60fps.

Steps to Install Stray on MacOS :
- Download the STRY16.zip file (7.5 GB) via the link below.
- Unzip and mount the DMG file.
- Drag Stray.app to the Applications folder.
- Open from Launchpad.
- Done, ready to play! 😍
Important: If MacOS blocks the game, open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General, then click “Allow Anyway”. Also check whether SIP is disabled. Damaged error? MacOS has not been bypassed. Enable Kernel Extension, Disable SIP and Gatekeeper. So the game is not broken. Your Mac is just not set up yet.

- Game not working? Run the xattr -cr and codesign commands in Terminal to bypass Gatekeeper.
- Frame drop? Lower resolution to 60%, enable MetalFX, turn off motion blur.
- No audio? Check audio output in System Preferences > Sound.
- App crash? Restart Mac, try running again from Launchpad.
