You can limit internet speed per application or connection. But this one cannot split bandwidth, unlike NetBalancer. Moreover, you can also set bandwidth priority, so a large download does not grab the whole line while plenty of devices are active.
If one program starts getting in the way, Blocker lets you set Allow, Deny, or Ask rules. The filter also screens domains, IP addresses, ports, and application paths. To me that is practical. But.. it is not meant to replace a firewall. Different job! One blocks internet access, the other manages bandwidth.
This program can also be paired with GlassWire Elite, which focuses on network monitoring. Personally, I use GlassWire first to keep an eye on things, since its dashboard UI is easier to look at. The reports are far more complete too. Once the problem appears, that is when I block it with NetLimiter.

Steps to Install NetLimiter Unlimited on Your PC :
- Download the NETL5328-yasir252.rar file from the link below.
- Extract the archive using the latest WinRAR or 7-Zip.
- Open folder 1 and run netlimiter-5.3.28.0.exe.
- Close NetLimiter from the system tray, then run Keygen.exe from folder 2.
- Click Generate, save the license file, then click Patch.
- Done and successful! 😁
