Crazy that a game this simple could make so many people frustrated yet addicted at the same time.
What makes Getting Over It unique: every time you fall, you lose ALL your progress. From the top of the mountain all the way back to the bottom. Median playtime is only 5 hours, but the mean is infinity. That means many people never finish it.
Bennett Foddy also provides philosophical commentary while you play. Absolutely hilarious.
