SolidCAM 2025 (SP2)
Need a CAM that never leaves the SolidWorks window? SolidCAM 2025 Full (SP2) is already prepared below. There are two installers, the 4.3 GB SP2 and the 2 GB SolidCAM 2023 for lighter PCs.
I did think for a moment, why still use SP2 when SolidCAM 2026 is already out. But this version gets a special fix, the Part-only edition of SOLIDWORKS can now work together with CAM parts from outside, on par with the Standard or PA edition. Multibody part support is also getting better.
The feature base is still the same as the previous versions. iMachining can cut cycle time by up to 70 percent through the Technology Wizard, and its tool life lasts longer. There is HSR and HSM for high speed 3D machining, up to simultaneous 5-axis and mill-turn. Pretty complete.
SolidCAM runs INSIDE SolidWorks Premium 2026, not a standalone application. Without it, this plugin simply cannot be opened at all. But honestly, it sometimes crashes when opening big files.
Unlike Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical which focuses on 2D drafting, SolidCAM deals with defining CNC toolpaths from 3D models. Both can be used together. It depends on the project workflow.

Steps to Install SolidCAM 2025 on Your PC :
SolidCAM 2025 (SP2) :
- Download the SLDC2025f.rar file (4.3 GB) through the link below, then extract it.
- Use WinRAR with the password www.yasir252.com.
- Open the extracted folder, then run the setup file.
- Follow the installation process until it is finished.
- Open Readme.txt to see how to activate the crack.
- Open SolidWorks, then run SolidCAM from there.
SolidCAM 2023 (Lighter) :
- Download the SolidCAM23.rar file (2 GB) through the link below, then extract it.
- The extract password is the same, www.yasir252.com.
- Run the setup file, follow the process until it is finished.
- Activate it through the Readme.txt inside the installer folder.
NOTE: If Windows Defender blocks the installer, just restore it from quarantine or add an exception for the installer folder. The installation is a bit tricky, so follow the Readme.txt slowly.
