What makes MAS different is that it has four activation methods at once. From HWID, Ohook, KMS38, to Online KMS. Just choose according to your needs. As for me, I usually just go with HWID.

Want to check Windows or Office activation status? You can. The menu is already provided. It can also shows info about the Windows and Office build being used. Even better, MAS has a troubleshooting feature if the activation process has problems. Compared to old activators like KMSPico or AAct, this tool can also run without disabling Windows Defender first. Not bad.

How to Use Microsoft Activation Scripts :

Download MAS Activator or Microsoft Activation Scripts from the link below.
Extract the MAS312.rar file.
Run the MAS_AIO.cmd file in the All-In-One-Version folder.
For permanent Windows activation: Press button 1, then continue.
For permanent Office activation: Press button 2, then continue.
When finished, a message Press Any Key to Go Back will appear.
Alternative Activator: AAct Activator.
