The app barely uses any resources. It runs smoothly on older laptops and PCs, works across Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11, and comes without ads or bundled toolbars.
In version 2.8.4, MPC Video Renderer has been updated, and HDR-to-SDR conversion looks cleaner. Just select the renderer from the Output menu to watch HDR films without odd-looking colors.
