Averno City in 1983 has a lot going on, from gang-controlled streets to parking tickets and bank robberies. You have to patrol the streets, chase suspects, and find clues about your father’s death in the line of duty.
Gameplay-wise, it feels a lot like Police Simulator: Patrol Officers or Disco Elysium: The Final Cut, but it’s more arcade-like, almost like playing GTA.
Daily patrols can get repetitive if you play for too long. And the gunplay? Not my thing. It feels stiff. Still, the ’80s atmosphere is what makes the game stand out.
