Released September 14, 2022 for PC by Sega, this game got solid reviews. Metacritic 83/100 for PC, Steam review Very Positive. It’s a port from PS4, but the performance is fine on PC.
In my opinion, this is a game about “Yakuza but detective version.”
What makes Judgment different from regular Yakuza games? It focuses on investigation, drone cameras, stakeouts, and gathering evidence. Of course, the combat is still fun with Yakuza fighting style.
But unfortunately, this game has no online mode. But the single-player is already long, can take 40-60 hours to complete all content. If you want a shorter open-world action game, check out Sleeping Dogs which also has a city and Yakuza theme. Or Persona 5 Royal which is more JRPG.
