MedCalc (v23.7)

Looking for MedCalc v23.7 to process statistical data for biomedical needs? The installer file is ready below, just extract and run Setup.exe. I personally just realized this software has existed since 1993, originally only a DOS version. Only in 1996 did it move to Windows.

The software is really old. But until now it is still regularly updated every year by its developer.

What makes me curious is the number of statistical tests, reportedly more than 220 types. From ANOVA, regression, to Cox proportional hazards, everything is there. The algorithm is also good and complete. When I tried ROC curve analysis for binary data, the process was fast and the graph was instantly neat.

MedCalc is indeed suitable for learning statistics, different from Minitab which has many modules and is complicated to understand. If you usually process data with IBM SPSS Statistics 27 for social research, MedCalc is much more specific to the medical and biomedical field.

The price is indeed quite expensive for small institutions, and for complex statistical modeling I feel it is still less deep compared to Stata. But for daily use, MedCalc is more than enough.

Steps to Install MedCalc on Your PC :

1. Download the MC237x64.rar file (64-bit) or MC237x86.rar (32-bit) via the link below.
2. Extract the file with the latest WinRAR.
3. Run Setup.exe and follow the installation process until complete.
4. Use the keygen to generate the activation serial code.
5. Run Block in Firewall.cmd.
6. MedCalc is ready to use for processing your statistical data.

IMPORTANT: Windows Defender detects the installer file, this is a false positive and not a problem.
