Rufus (v4.15)

Do you want to make a Windows bootable USB but often fail when burning the ISO? Rufus (v4.15) has long been my go-to weapon, and I have written how to make a bootable USB with Rufus here. This tiny portable tool has become the standard for bootable creator matters.

Can bypass TPM, Secure Boot, and Windows 11 RAM requirements directly from the ISO. The file is only a few MB, just download and run. 🔥

The algorithm is very powerful compared to other tools that often fail to handshake with modern UEFI.

What makes Rufus different is the full control. You can modify the ISO on-the-fly, remove RAM requirements, Secure Boot, to bypass the Microsoft account that often interferes with the setup process. v4.15 also adds RISC-V 64 support and fixes the silent install feature. Supports native GPT and MBR.

Steps to Use Rufus for Windows Bootable :

1. Download the latest Rufus v4.15 from the link below.
2. Prepare a flash drive of at least 16GB (all data on the USB will be formatted).
3. Open Rufus -> right click then -> Run as Administrator.
4. In the Device section, choose the flash drive you want to use.
5. Click the Select button -> Find your Windows or Linux ISO file.
6. Choose the Partition Scheme (GPT for modern laptops/UEFI, MBR for old PCs).
7. Click Start and wait.
8. Done, the flash drive is ready to use! 👍
