Cinema 4D 2026.4 & V-Ray 7.40 (Windows)

Cinema 4D Full from Maxon is 3D software for modeling, animation, and rendering, and it’s a go-to choice for many 3D artists. It comes with V-Ray 7.40 for rendering, and I’ve put the installer download link below. 🔥
The interface still feels approachable if you’re used to other 3D software. The workflow is simpler than in many similar apps, and the changes in 2026 are noticeable when working on large scenes.
One of the bigger changes is the enhanced Pyro simulation, which makes it faster and more realistic. You can create fire, smoke, and explosions without extra plugins. On the rendering side, V-Ray 7.40 helps deliver more photorealistic results with GPU optimizations, and Redshift is there if you need a faster viewport.
If you want to compare, Autodesk Maya 2027 might be the only app that matches Cinema 4D for features and simulation tools. You can also transfer object data straight to ZBrush.

Steps to Install Cinema 4D 2026.4 on Your PC:
- Download C4D2640.rar (1.4 GB) from the link below.
- Extract the archive with WinRAR or 7-Zip.
(Password: www.yasir252.com) - Turn off your internet connection first.
- Open folder 1 and run Cinema4D_2026_2026.4_Win.exe.
- After installation, open folder 2 and copy the DLL file inside.
(Use folder 01 if you use Redshift, or folder 00 if you don’t.) - Paste and replace it in the Cinema 4D installation folder:
– C:\Program Files\Maxon Cinema 4D 2026\resource\modules\io_usd.module\libs\win64 - Launch Cinema 4D and check that it works. 😁
Note: If you have a license issue from a previous version, go to %appdata%\Maxon and delete all folders named “Maxon Cinema 4D 2026_xxxxxxxxx”.
Steps to Install V-Ray 7.40 for Cinema 4D:
- Open folder 1, then run vray_74000_c4d2026_dr1_x64.exe.
- After installation, copy cgauth.dll from folder 2.
- Paste and replace it in the installed V-Ray plugin folder:
– C:\Program Files\Maxon Cinema 4D 2026\plugins\V-Ray\res\libs\win64 - Done!
