At first, I did not believe it. A scene with thousands of objects previewed in real-time? Everything processes live, and it is not pre-rendered. It makes no sense. But it turns out to be real. 😂
The latest update is even better, integrating into the Autodesk 3ds Max 2026 viewport, Chaos Anima, and Chaos Veras for AI image-to-video. No more saving files back and forth.
High-poly scenes somehow feel lighter in this version. Even though GPU load still climbs, my mid-range RTX 3080 handles it fine. Never experienced a crash while rendering.

Steps to Install Chaos Vantage on Your PC :
- Download the CV331win.rar file (940 MB) via the link below.
- Extract the archive with the latest WinRAR or 7-Zip.
- Open the extracted folder, run vantage_3.3.1.exe, finish the installation.
- Open the fix folder, copy the vray_vantage331_fix.dll file.
- Paste and Replace to C:\Program Files\Chaos\Vantage\plugins.
- Block the app internet access using the “Firewall App Blocker” program.
