In my view, version 12.4.6 mainly brings bug fixes. One issue was freezing during rendering or bouncing in projects with many audio tracks. That should now be fixed.

Steps to Install Ableton Live Suite on Your Mac:
- Download ABLT1246mac.zip (5.1 GB) from the link below.
- Extract the ZIP file. It has no password.
- Open the Setup folder, then mount Ableton_Live_12_Suite_12.4.6.dmg.
- Install Ableton Live 12 Suite.app in the Applications folder.
- After installation, open Authorize.auz from the Setup folder.
- Launch Ableton Live from Applications. Done! 😁
