You are not a fully trained soldier. You are a technician who arrives at the wrong place at the wrong time and must make do with whatever tools are available.
Combat still feels brutal, and now it has gotten even worse. The dismemberment system returns with the new peeling system, which reveals layers of damage on necromorphs. It looks disgusting yet technically impressive and adds extra feedback to every shot.
